Overview
EventFlow is a web application built for anyone who has ever tried to organise an event using WhatsApp messages, Google Forms and a prayer. It gives organisers one clean place to create, manage and share events without the usual back and forth. No credit card required to start, no complicated setup and automated reminders so attendees actually show up.
The Problem
Organising events online in Nigeria and across Africa is messier than it needs to be. Most people rely on a combination of WhatsApp broadcasts, flyers on Instagram and manually chasing confirmations. The tools that exist are either too expensive, too bloated or built for markets that do not reflect how events are actually run here.
The Solution
Built a full stack event platform with a clean public event listing page, a secure authentication system and a full admin dashboard that gives organisers visibility over every event and every attendee in one place. Smart filtering lets you sort upcoming and past events instantly. Automated reminders handle the follow up so the organiser does not have to. The whole thing was built mobile first because that is where the users are.
